Selling Dexcom sensors by mail: what we buy and how offers work

If you have unopened Dexcom sensors that you lawfully own and no longer need, the offer depends on the exact product, REF code, expiration date, distribution label, and packaging condition. We don't post prices: add your boxes to the quote tool and your offer comes by text after we review the list.

Which Dexcom boxes we buy

Factory-sealed products in qualifying condition. An offer is not final until the shipment is received and inspected:

• Dexcom G7 15-Day sensor (STP-FT-010/012): accepted
• Dexcom G7 15-Day sensor (STP-FT-011): accepted
• Dexcom G7 15-Day sensor (STP-FT-013): accepted
• Dexcom G7 10-Day sensor (STP-AT-011/012/013/018): accepted
• Dexcom G7 10-Day sensor (STE-AT-030, DME): accepted
• Dexcom Stelo: not accepted right now
• Dexcom G6 sensors and transmitters: not accepted right now

The four factors that drive your offer

1. Expiration date

Expiration is one of the largest pricing variables. Longer-dated boxes generally qualify for the highest tier, while short-dated products may receive a reduced offer or be declined. Submit the exact expiration date shown on each box for the most accurate estimate.

2. G7 vs G6

Model alone does not determine the price. Some G6 retail three-packs currently have a higher maximum offer than individual G7 boxes. The exact REF code, pack size, distribution label, and expiration tier determine the estimate.

3. Quantity

Quantity helps us prepare an accurate total offer and shipping label. Do not assume a bulk premium: the per-box rate is based primarily on the current pricing tier for each eligible product.

4. Box condition

The box must be factory-sealed; tears, stains, water damage or crushed corners lower the offer. Cosmetic damage to the box — even if the sensors inside are untouched — reduces the offer; only opened or expired boxes are turned away.

What we verify before final payment

• The product and REF code match the submitted quote.
• The factory seal is intact and labels are readable.
• The expiration date meets the current minimum for that product.
• The box is sealed and untampered; water damage, crushing or stains lower the offer rather than disqualifying it.
• The supplies are eligible under our acceptance policy and are not Medicare/Medicaid-labeled.
