The four factors that drive your offer
1. Expiration date
Expiration is one of the largest pricing variables. Longer-dated boxes generally qualify for the highest tier, while short-dated products may receive a reduced offer or be declined. Submit the exact expiration date shown on each box for the most accurate estimate.
2. G7 vs G6
Model alone does not determine the price. Some G6 retail three-packs currently have a higher maximum offer than individual G7 boxes. The exact REF code, pack size, distribution label, and expiration tier determine the estimate.
3. Quantity
Quantity helps us prepare an accurate total offer and shipping label. Do not assume a bulk premium: the per-box rate is based primarily on the current pricing tier for each eligible product.
4. Box condition
The box must be factory-sealed with no tears, stains, water damage, or crushed corners. Cosmetic damage to the box — even if the sensors inside are untouched — reduces offers significantly or disqualifies the shipment entirely.
What we verify before final payment
- The product and REF code match the submitted quote.
- The factory seal is intact and labels are readable.
- The expiration date meets the current minimum for that product.
- The box has no water damage, heavy crushing, stains, or tampering.
