These Terms of Service govern your use of teststripbuybackusa.com and our mail-in buyback service, operated by TestStrip Buyback USA (registered brand name: Test Strip Buyback USA), a sole proprietorship. By requesting a quote or shipping supplies to us, you agree to these terms.
Who can sell to us
- You must be at least 18 years old and located in the United States.
- You must be the lawful owner of the supplies, or authorized by the owner, with the right to sell them.
- Supplies obtained through Medicare, Medicaid or any other government payor program, and any box labeled for such use or marked "Not for Resale", may not be sold to us.
Eligible supplies
We buy factory-sealed, unopened, unexpired diabetic supplies in undamaged original packaging. Eligibility and pricing depend on the product, reference code (REF or NDC), expiration date, condition and current demand, and can change without notice. Our current price list is published on the Sell Your Supplies page.
Quotes and offers
- A quote generated on our site is an estimate based on the products, quantities, expiration ranges and condition you select.
- Quotes must total at least $75 to proceed to checkout.
- We confirm your quote by text before you ship. Submitting a quote does not obligate you to ship, and does not obligate us to purchase until items are received and inspected.
- Prices are honored for supplies received within the expiration range selected. Because expiration ranges are counted from the month of your quote, shipping promptly protects your offer.
Inspection and adjustments
Every package is inspected on arrival. If items differ from your quote in product, quantity, expiration date, labeling or condition, we document the difference with photos and contact you before finalizing any change to the offer. Items that arrive opened, expired, damaged, mislabeled, or that are otherwise ineligible may receive a revised offer or be declined. We will discuss options for declined items with you, which may include return at your expense where feasible. We are not responsible for items that were ineligible at the time they were shipped.
Shipping
- After you approve your offer we provide a prepaid UPS shipping label by text or email. We do not provide boxes or shipping kits; you supply the packaging.
- Pack supplies so they cannot shift or be crushed in transit. Damage caused by inadequate packing may reduce the offer.
- Ship only after we confirm eligibility and send your label. Unsolicited packages may be refused.
- Risk of loss passes to us when UPS delivers the package to our facility.
Payment
Payment is issued by Zelle, Venmo, Cash App or PayPal the same day qualifying supplies are received and inspected, to the payment details you provide at checkout. You are responsible for the accuracy of those details. Payments sent to the account details you provide are final and generally cannot be recalled.
SMS terms
Program: TestStrip Buyback USA transactional texts. By providing your mobile number and checking the consent box on our forms, or by texting us first, you agree to receive transactional text messages from TestStrip Buyback USA about your quote, eligibility, shipping label, shipment status and payment, and a one-time review request after a completed sale. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of selling to us.

Information you provide
You agree that the information you submit, including product details, photos and ownership confirmations, is accurate and complete. We rely on it to make and honor offers.
