Box not perfect? Offers assume factory-sealed, undamaged boxes. Light shelf wear (a small corner dent, a faint scuff) is usually fine. Torn, cut, crushed, stained or written-on boxes are still bought, at a lower damaged rate that we text you before anything is final; add them and mention the damage in your notes. Opened or expired boxes can't be bought and aren't returned, so please check each box first. See examples →

Submitting your list does not obligate you to ship anything. Sealed, longer-dated boxes earn the most. Expiration windows count from the month your box arrives: shipments landing after the 20th are counted in the next month, one window lower.
