How to pick the right listing

• Find the set name on the front of the box: AutoSoft XC, AutoSoft 90, AutoSoft 30 or TruSteel. Any REF within that line uses the same listing.
• Check the expiration date on the end panel and choose the matching range in the quote tool.
• Count sealed boxes, not individual sets. Each 10-pack is one unit.

Pump switches are the top reason we see Tandem surplus. Sealed infusion sets from before your switch are sellable while still in date — and any leftover CGM boxes can go in the same shipment.

What makes a Tandem box ineligible?

Opened or resealed boxes, expired product, Medicare/Medicaid payer labeling and 'Not for Resale' marks. Damaged packaging is still bought, at a reduced offer. Everything else can be added in the quote tool.
