How the North Carolina mail-in process works

Current maximum estimates

• Dexcom G7 15-Day: up to $50 per eligible box, depending on REF code and expiration.
• Dexcom G7 10-Day retail: up to $40 per eligible box.
• Dexcom G6 retail sensor 3-pack: up to $115 per eligible box.
• OmniPod 5 retail 5-pack: up to $110 per eligible box.
• OmniPod DASH 5-pack: up to $70 per eligible box.
• FreeStyle Libre 3 Plus retail: up to $30 per eligible box.

These are estimates, not guaranteed payouts. Final payment depends on the exact model, NDC or REF code, expiration date, seals, labeling, box condition, and successful inspection.

North Carolina eligibility guidelines

Only submit supplies you lawfully own and are permitted to sell. Products generally must be unopened, factory sealed, unexpired, and free from pharmacy damage, stains, tears, or altered labels. We do not accept products marked for Medicare or Medicaid use, samples, or products labeled “not for resale.” Eligibility can vary by product and package.
